Managers personal consulting

A manager personal consulting process, including a series of consulting meetings  1*1 with the manager, aim to help him develop managerially, to lead managerial moves and deal with diverse managerial issues. 

The personal consulting process consists of a series of 1.5-2 hours personal meetings with the consultant.

When the manager is in a middle or first management level,   there will be a  kick-off meeting with the direct manager and HRBP, to which the manager will later join. This is in order to precisely define the goals of the process, in a way that will be open and clear to all concerned. If necessary, such a meeting will also be held in the future.

The nature of the process, its duration and content vary according to the manager, his needs and the characteristics of the organization.
