The war In Israel meets us with unprecedented scopes, of circles of injury and trauma. The difficult war touches us all and obliges us to act as soon as possible in order to restore personal and national resilience.
How do you talk resilience with 9.3 million people?
What should you ask? What is not recommended to ask?
The 2talk Resilience Kit is a mental first aid and resilience building kit, based on years of experience in trauma care. The use of the card set is suitable for both professionals and the general public.
The Resilience Kit was created with the thought that the tools we use to process trauma and prevent the development of pathologies, should and can be available to therapists, but also accessible to the general public: workplaces, educational teams, informal teams and of course parents - all the natural authority figures that are with each other and for each other every day.
What's in The kit?
1. A set of cards that includes:
-
Question cards for listening, initial processing of difficult events and discovering strengths to cope.
-
Action cards that include exercises for physical and emotional regulation (including illustrative videos).
2. A psycho-educational guide that provides professional information and theoretical background on dealing with crisis situations, difficulty and building resilience.
3. A user guide that offers different options for using the kit, depending on the structure of the users (group or one-on-one), age (children or adults) and more.
The 2talk Resilience kit, was developed from the joint work of Livnat Italie, an educational psychologist, a family therapist and specialist in the treatment of trauma and Yifat Lupo, a senior organizational consultant and group facilitator, an expert in working with teams and managers in organizations develops a concept and the 2talk kit for managing organizational communication and the 2talk kit for communication in the family.
